Our Vision is to have a systematic approach to empowering families so that they self-sustain. We work with the most eligible and willing individual of a family while we support any needs that incur during the adoption period of these families.

Our Mission is to work with underprivileged families in uplifting their economic conditions by identifying self-employment or employment opportunities for the family/individual and help them plan and work towards these goals through motivation, guidance and financial assistance. 

Our Goal is to create an ecosystem to uplift and empower underprivileged families of the society. We aim at touching 500 families through this program by 2020.

Operating Model

Sarmaaya identifies the eligible families and then work with them to help them either find jobs based on their skills and prior experience. If they do not have skills or prior experience, we identify the right skill training programs for the individual. While we would typically tie up with other Non Profit Organizations to identify potential cases where we can provide our service, we would also look at accepting cases from individuals on an ad-hoc basis.
